Gymnastics is the foundation of all sports!
Gymnastics can improve overall fitness, strength and body control as well as helping to improve your athletic performance in any sport! And you now have the opportunity for Steph and her team to come and teach you the foundations of Gymnastics whilst getting fit, active and having fun working out!

The classes are designed to create an energetic, vibrant and fun environment. You will improve your core stability, power, strength, teamwork and gymnastics skills! Lots of bodyweight movements and gymnastics based strength work involved!

Whether you are a primary school, Senior School, Gymnastics Club or a different sport, who doesn’t want to have the fitness and body control of a gymnast. Let Steph’s Olympic experience and her elite coaching team help you get fit and healthy whilst using the foundations of Gymnastics. All programs can be adjusted to suit the age and skill level of the participants!

My 60 minute program schedule includes:
> 35–40 minutes Gymnastics Fitness session with Steph (and her team)
> 5–10 minutes Stretching session
> 15 minutes Q&A and discussion on Gymnastics, Goal Setting & Healthy Eating

For best results, multiple sessions are recommended and offered at a package price. Individual and Group sessions permitted and accommodated per booking requirements for Steph to arrange a customised package for your and your group.

Single session bookings will incur a travel fee.

STEPH’S CORE STRENGTH PROGRAM

WHAT IS YOUR CORE?

Your core is a complex bunch of muscles extending far beyond your abs, including everything besides your arms and legs.

It is incorporated in almost EVERY movement of the body.

HOW DO THESE MUSCLES FUNCTION?

These muscles can act as an isometric or dynamic stabiliser for movement, transfer force from one extremity to another, or initiate movement itself.

WHY DO YOU NEED A STRONG CORE?

  • Achieving core stability protects the spine and surrounding muscles from injury in static and dynamic movements.
  • It will effectively and efficiently transfer and produce power during dynamic movements while maintaining core stability! This can include running, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, general fitness, any sport, picking up a box or even your own child while keeping your back safe.
  • A strong core will improve your sporting performance in ways you won’t even realise! Who doesn’t want that?!
  • Even though the muscles are hiding under our main stomach muscles, you will still get awesome abs from this core program!

*In order for this program to be successful, you must adapt the program in alignment with your current training schedule, ability level, and accommodate for any injuries with which you are dealing.
