Exercise & Health tip of the Week
The Hollow Hold!
For everyone that knows me will know that I live by this exercise.
The Hollow hold is the staple to having a strong core and good looking abs! Whether you want to look good on the beach this Summer, be able to walk on your hands properly, do 50 pull ups in a row (Butterfly pull-ups) or pick up a box at work without hurting your back, a strong core is paramount!
Try 3 x 15 seconds hold as a start. Do not let your back come off the ground and think about pushing your spine to the floor!
