Who does not want a healthy snack recipe!
This is my go to snack either pre-workout for some energy, post workout for recovery or when you are feeling like a little bit of a sweet treat!
This snack is quick, easy, delicious and full of goodness!
1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
½ tspn cinnamon
1 tbspn chia seeds
1 tbspn LSA Mix
1 tbspn Agave nectar
1 tbspn Almond spread
1 scoop of Alkaline protein powder
½ cup coconut
Mix all ingredients in a mixer to get the dates and nuts and small as possible. Use a teaspoon to get a small amount of mixture and roll in your hands to form a small ball. Roll this in coconut and set in the fridge for 1hour before they are ready to enjoy!
